You will leverage your local market expertise, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to maintain the integrity and safety of online content. What You Will Do Ensure Quality & Safety: Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and e-commerce standards. Policy Compliance: Apply judgment to identify policy/legal issues and escalate cases following established protocols. Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services. Adapt to Changes: Work flexibly with evolving guidelines, schedules, and policies. Handle High Volumes: Manage peaks in content review during seasonal campaigns and promotions. What Were Looking For Fluency in Austrian German (C2l) and good command of English (B2 level). Strong moderation skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience or a strong understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
