We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined, ultra-luxury environment. You will support supports the Chef de Rang in managing a designated station, ensuring flawless service and attention to detail.
Key expectations:
* Assist the Chef de Rang in the smooth operation of the assigned station, ensuring impeccable service at all times
* Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized attention throughout their dining experience
* Present menus, take orders accurately, and liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of dishes and beverages
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations
* Prepare mise en place for service, including table settings and station organization
* Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation
* Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow
Profile:
* Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
