Your responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and support to drive business decisions.
* Collaborate closely with various departments, including retail, real estate, and kogistics, to understand and influence key performance levers.
* Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Engage in stakeholder management and negotiation to achieve business objectives.
* Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
What you bring
* Minimum of financial skills and experience in controlling or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to think outside the box and approach problems creatively.
* Structured and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on approach with a drive to follow up on actions and persistently achieve goals.
* Open-minded and a true team player with a collaborative spirit.
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

The collectively agreed salary for the advertised position is EUR 2,471 per month on a full-time basis plus an all-in overpayment. We are of course prepared to make an overpayment in line with the market depending on individual qualifications and professional experience.
