Responsibilities
* Represent your property and be the first point of contact for your team, guests, external service providers, and partners in all matters
* Build a strong team, recruit, onboard, and develop team members, and ensure a positive working atmosphere
* Lead by example as a manager and also contribute as a team member
* Keep an eye on numbers, observe budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control
* Identify trends, optimize processes, and stay one step ahead through strategic planning
* Ensure order and compliance with regulations such as HACCP, occupational safety, and fire protection
* Live and embody the Ruby Spirit and implement our styles and quality standards
* Maintain close communication with the Cluster Manager and relevant departments in the Corporate Office
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy and/or a hotel/BWL degree
* Significant experience in an operational leadership role in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
* Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business administration
* Motivating and charismatic leadership with an authentic and loyal style; capable of both leading and acting as a teammate
* Warm and engaging presence with strong communication skills
* Hands-on mentality and ability to address guest needs with charm
* Fluent in German and English
