As Teamlead Consulting, you will manage our consulting team operationally and develop it both professionally and personally. You will support your team with technical issues, ensure smooth operations for our partners/customers and actively shape the further development of our processes.

Salary indication: from € 65,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)
Team management & organization
* Operational management and further development of the consulting team in close cooperation with Headofs or C‑Level
* Analysis, optimisation and further development of all consulting processes to ensure smooth operations for our partners/customers
* Close cooperation with partner management, support, product development and quality assurance for cross‑departmental process optimisation
* Responsibility for the quality and completeness of technical documentation in the consulting area
Technical & operational tasks
* Technical analysis and consulting (log evaluations, documentation, infrastructure testing)
* Support with software implementations (remote, occasionally on‑site)
* Support and optimisation of commissioning
* Planning and implementation of internal and external workshops and training courses
* Completed IT training and initial management experience an advantage
* Sound knowledge of operating systems and IT architectures
* Confident handling of ticket systems, ideally Jira
* Very good knowledge of English (C1) and German (B2)
* Strong service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and hands‑on mentality
* Strong teamwork skills, empathy, strong communication skills and a respectful management style
