RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You’ll build strong relationships with global key account stakeholders, create compelling sell-in presentations, and collaborate with customers to align shared objectives. You’ll develop impactful Joint Business Plan programs to boost brand awareness, distribution, and sales, while monitoring market execution and addressing gaps. Using Red Bull’s brand assets, you’ll foster sustainable partnerships and ensure all activations follow brand standards.
2. You’ll develop a marketing activation strategy and toolkits together with the International Key Account Manager, using insights to ensure every activation is executed with excellence. You’ll integrate On Premise strategies and marketing programs to drive impactful activations across the segment, making sure they support winning new business, generating demand, and elevating execution at scale.
3. You’ll lead a team of highly motivated professionals while fostering strong collaboration and effective communication both within your team and across functions. You’ll encourage innovation and creative problem-solving, ensuring the team delivers high-quality output at all times.
4. You’ll support the top 25 markets in rolling out and implementing our global Key Account marketing strategy, identifying opportunities along the way. You’ll define and share best practices, highlighting both challenges and areas for growth, while guiding markets in setting business objectives, implementing marketing strategies, and shaping their business plans through regular check-ins. You’ll help develop action plans and adapt global tools to unlock local opportunities, and you’ll continuously challenge markets to elevate overall global performance within the segment.
5. 8+ years of Trade Marketing experience with global brands, strong knowledge of the On-Premise industry, and a proven track record across diverse marketing functions
6. University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
7. Excellent command of English, German would be a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
8. A strategic thinker with exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills, capable of creating innovative strategies while keeping the broader commercial picture in focus
9. An effective communicator who can simplify complex issues, navigate cultural differences, manage multiple stakeholders, and build strong business partnerships
10. Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented, with adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
