Responsibilities
To strengthen our Marketing and E-Commerce team, we are currently seeking an Expert in Performance Marketing and E-Commerce .
Develop and implement the company\'s digital and performance marketing strategy with a focus on e-commerce growth and efficiency (COS, ROAS).
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously improve acquisition, conversion strategies and create reports.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, remarketing audiences).
Develop automated CRM flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention) to improve the customer lifecycle.
Support webshop optimization and basic Shopify adjustments.
Profil
Professional experience in performance marketing;
Demonstrable expert skills in the field of setting up campaigns, Google Analytics and Tag Manager;
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style;
Team player with a "hands-on" mentality;
Digital native;
Fashion industry experience is a plus;
German language is a plus;
