As a German speaking Google Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing advertisers, identifying business needs, and offering performance-enhancing advertising strategies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored strategies to maximize their return on investment (ROI).
* Consult and upsell Google Ads solutions by analyzing client objectives, optimizing campaigns, and increasing ad spend efficiency.
* Provide strategic digital marketing advice to ensure businesses achieve maximum impact from their advertising investment.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.
* Effectively communicate via phone, video calls, and email to guide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and expansion.

Requirements
* Native-level German (C2/C1) and fluent English proficiency.

* Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Expertise in Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, and related digital marketing platforms is highly advantageous.
