Your Responsibilities:
1. Implement, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including add-ons and integrations
2. Analyze technical requirements and manage implementation of new solutions to optimize HR processes
3. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure system stability and resolve issues promptly
4. Optimize business processes through technical solutions and maintain data integrity
5. Coordinate external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Your Qualifications:
6. Degree in IT, Human Resources, or a comparable field
7. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/IT environment with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise (master data & permissions)
8. Knowledge of additional HR applications (e.g., Concur)
9. High level of initiative, solution orientation, and accuracy; ability to work independently
10. Fluency in German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
