Your tasks:
5. You are an outgoing person and our first point of contact for students and teaching staff
6. You will support us with teaching and resource administration, examination administration and pre-admission procedures
7. During your apprenticeship, you will also get to know other areas of the university through rotations (e.g. Student Administration, Human Resources and Finance)
8. We guarantee you a varied apprenticeship in an excellent Tyrolean educational organisation
Your profile:
9. We welcome applications from compulsory school leavers or school drop-outs (e.g. AHS, BHS)
10. You have very good spelling skills, can express yourself verbally and in writing and have a good command of English
11. You are comfortable using a computer (MS Office)
12. You are open to new tasks, open-minded, friendly and enjoy approaching other people
