Job Description
As System Solution Engineer, you bridge system/application understanding with technical product feasibility, and you create the technical “glue” (architecture narratives, documentation, enablement) that makes adoption real.
Responsibilities
Upstream (Technical Insight & Feasibility)
* Proactively bring technical market/application insights and “unsolicited” system learnings into product discussions
* Translate customer system needs into technically coherent solution concepts and requirement inputs (what/when trade‑offs)
* Collaborate with engineering to review feasibility and improve existing solutions for target applications
Downstream (Technical Glue & Customer Success)
* Create technical collateral that enables adoption: datasheets, solution pages, whitepapers, application narratives, and technical pitch content
* Drive customer technical engagements, removing blockers to design‑ins and design‑wins
* Support the “proof points” push by helping translate pilots into pipeline with measurable milestones
Profile
* Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, or equivalent qualification
* 10+ years in systems engineering / applications / technical marketing in semiconductors (power management preferred; analog/mixed‑signal strongly relevant)
* Strong system thinking: can reason from customer architecture → requirements → solution narrative
* Comfortable with customer‑facing technical discussions, including escalation handling and structured problem solving
* Proven experience producing technical documentation and enablement collateral used by Sales/FAEs/customers
* Works effectively with R&D, understands trade‑offs (efficiency, noise, thermal, integration, cost, schedule)
* Excellent spoken and written English; basic understanding of German is a plus
Benefits
* Competitive salaries and compensation based on experience and qualification
* Flexible working hours
* Training opportunities & structured onboarding and development planning
* Opportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking
* Corporate events for employees
* Higher compensation depending on expertise and skills
