Erste Asset Management coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group and is in charge of assets amounting to more than EUR 99 billion. More than 500 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors in 7 different countries. We launched the first environmental fund in Austria more than 25 years ago - at a time when the topic was still a niche. Today, we manage more than EUR 33 billion in sustainability (as of 30.09.2025) and place sustainability at the heart of our business activities.
Human Resources is responsible for all personnel matters, such as recruiting, human administration but also personnel development. We support employees and superiors to fully realize their potential.
Your tasks
Data Collection & Integration
8. gather HR data from various sources including HRIS, Reportings from CEE entities, payroll systems, surveys, exit interviews, and external benchmarks
9. ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and validations
Reporting & Visualization
10. design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workforce trends, KPIs, and compliance metrics
11. prepare statutory disclosures and coordinate monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reporting cycles
Analytics & Insights
12. apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends in workforce data
13. develop predictive models to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance management
(Stakeholder) Collaboration
14. act as a liaison of HR to Finance, and external agencies for data submissions and regulatory reporting
15. present findings and recommendations to HR leadership, management board and business units
16. gain exposure to multiple stages of the HR life cycle and develop a broad skill set through cross-functional collaboration and occasionally providing coverage during team absences
System & Process Optimization
17. support the implementation and enhancement of Erste Groups HR analytics tools and platforms in EAM
18. train HR colleagues on data literacy and reporting best practices
Your background
19. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
20. proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
21. proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar as well as VBA, R, Python etc.
22. familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance principles
23. strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
24. ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way
