Ihre Aufgaben:
1. Reviewing customer terms and conditions and advising management on risk profiles prior to submission of tenders for projects (internal approval process)
2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale of large-scale international projects
3. Contract interpretation and dispute support to Project Management colleagues to resolve claims
4. Occasionally domestic and international travel (possibly at short notice) to other offices and to customer sites
5. Proactive management and mitigation of legal and commercial risks by applying detailed corporate rules/governance processes and supporting the business in compliance with the same
6. Delivering training on internal contract standards
7. Managing external counsel where applicable
8. Cooperating with colleagues in other jurisdictions
9. Supporting other business contract and legal matters (e.g. procurement cases; consortium agreements; NDAs; cooperation and R&D agreements; corporate law cases)
Unsere Anforderungen:
10. Degree in Law, passed the bar exam is an advantage
11. At least 3-5 years’ experience with leading national/international law firm and/or in-house legal team of a multinational company
12. Experience in advising on and drafting bespoke contracts and claims management
13. Strong communication and decision-making skills; highly motivated team player; analytical, resilient, professional and proactive; intercultural skills
14. Ability to deal confidently and build strong relationships with senior business colleagues
15. Ability to build relationships with multi-national teams (legal and non-legal)
16. Enjoy dealing with other cultures
17. A flexible and pragmatic attitude and a proven ability to multi-task
18. Availability to travel domestically and internationally for short periods on relatively short notice
19. Experience in international project business is an advantage
20. English fluent
Angebote & Benefits:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens € 46.346,72. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
