As a German‑speaking Account Strategist you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic tech‑driven market.
What you’ll do:
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
* Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long‑term performance.
* Upsell and optimize client campaigns increasing spend and engagement.
* Analyze market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
* Handle outbound calls daily to identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
What we’re looking for:
* German C2, English B2 – C1
* Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
* 2 years experience in sales, marketing or account management ideally with client‑facing roles.
* Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
* Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
* Proactive, target‑driven and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
