What You Will Do

engaging communication
across our global retail training community "
Silhouette Academy

* Manage
newsfeeds, community interactions, and content calendars
* Execute
postings
and monitor engagement metrics
* Coordinate local
rewards programs
and training challenges
* Align planning with international subsidiaries and the International Retail Training Manager
* Oversee
video content production
with external partners—from storyline to editing
* Promote our Academy with impactful tools and communication assets
* Continuously improve processes and support global training initiatives
What You Bring
* A degree in Business, Communications, E-Learning, Marketing, or a comparable field
* 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in communication or a related field
* Excellent communication skills and strong command of
English, German and Spanish
* Solid Excel and reporting skills
* A proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to engage diverse audiences
