Job Description
Your role
* You are the central communication point at the reception in our main building and coordinate incoming calls and inquiries
* You warmly welcome our international visitors and colleagues and ensure a professional first impression
* You are responsible for organizing and distributing internal post
* You plan and coordinate catering for meetings, events, and special occasions
* You provide reliable support to the office management team with organizational and administrative tasks

* You have completed a commercial education (e.g., HLW, HAK, or apprenticeship) and possess strong organizational skills
* You feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and remain calm and organized even in stressful situations
* You work in a structured, independent manner and think ahead
* You are reliable, proactive, and recognize where your support is needed
* You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
