Creative Production Coordinator (Amazon)
Full-Time | Remote or Vienna, AT | E-commerce (Greeting Cards & Stationery)
We are a fast-growing European greeting-card and stationery brand launching thousands of new designs across Amazon EU/UK/US. We are looking for a Creative Production Coordinator who can take full ownership of the workflow from design → listing → print → shipment, working closely with our design team, print suppliers, and Amazon operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks.
Tasks
As our Creative Production Coordinator, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our new product launches:
* Create design briefs using our templates & style guides
* Coordinate with designers (internal + external)
* Review and approve designs for print quality
* Prepare print-ready files and work with print suppliers
* Create and optimise Amazon product listings
* Coordinate FBA shipments and track inventory
* Maintain structured databases and SOPs
* Ensure high quality and on-time delivery across all steps
You will serve as the central point of communication across creative, suppliers, and Amazon.
Requirements
Proven experience in illustration, typography, or digital design (portfolio required)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
1–3 years experience in Amazon private-label, catalogue management, or creative production
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience coordinating creatives or designers
Ability to write clean, compliant Amazon bullets & titles
Understanding of print basics (DPI, bleed, CMYK vs RGB)
Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, naming systems
Excellent written English
Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with stationery, print products, or greeting cards
* Familiarity with Midjourney or AI design tools
* Experience with flat files / SoStocked
* German or French language helpful but not required

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position under the collective agreement is €2,500 (14 salaries).
Depending on experience and qualifications, the actual salary will range between €2,500 and €3,500 gross per month, with willingness to overpay for exceptional candidates.
