Responsibilities
* Understanding and gathering customer requirements with a focus on quality
* Product monitoring in the field within the quality context
* Management of complex customer complaints in interdisciplinary teams
* Handling customer complaints in close cooperation with the responsible quality managers
* Management of customer audits
* Monitoring product‑related KPIs and, if necessary, coordinating the corresponding activities
* Main point of contact for customers regarding quality‑related matters
* Overall responsibility for the completion of quality assurance agreements
* Representing the company towards customers in matters of quality management and product quality
* Organizing and conducting systematic quality meetings with strategic customers
* Final approval of quality‑related statements issued to customers
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college with several years of professional experience) combined with a business‑oriented background
* Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of quality management
* Ideally experience and knowledge regarding ISO certifications
* Experience with SAP is an advantage
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
* Open and communicative personality
* Strong problem‑solving skills, sense of responsibility, self‑organization, and ability to work in a team

Salary
