Global Technical Customer Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Technical Customer Service Manager in our Commercial Filament department. This position is based in Lenzing, Austria or Turkey.
* Act as key technical contact for filament customers worldwide, providing expert support for current and future applications.
* Collaborate with various teams to drive product innovation, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction.
* Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for filament processing and tools to educate customers.
* Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance technical knowledge and facilitate market growth.
Key qualifications include:
* A graduate-level degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in the textile industry, with expertise in textile processing and fabric production technologies.
* Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and intercultural awareness skills.
* Fluent English language skills, with German language proficiency highly beneficial.
