Our Controlling Team analyzes economic developments, consolidates company figures, and ensures that decisions can be made on a reliable, data‑driven basis. Through close collaboration with specialist departments and international units, Group Controlling establishes clear structures, supports strategic planning, and makes a significant contribution to the sustainable stability and further development of the company.
Your Tasks
* Proactive and independent contribution to the preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements as well as support and coordination throughout the group-wide audit process
* Oversee the financial operations of the global group and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements
* Driving groupwide finance, digitalization, and harmonization projects and further development of controlling and reporting processes
* Contribution to the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, including process design and implementation support
* Financial analyses and active business partnering with local and HQ management to support strategic decision making
Your Profile
* Completed business studies and several years of relevant professional experience within the field of Finance/Controlling/Accounting/Auditing
* Profound knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP would be an advantage) as well as BI tools
* Strong communicator with interest in cross‑functional collaborations
* Strategic thinking abilities and pro‑active team player who enjoys tackling projects related to financial infrastructure & business processes
* Very good English and German skills (command of written and spoken) and willingness to travel for project‑related work

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
