Key Responsibilities
* Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team working across web, mobile, backend, and decentralised technologies.
* Own the end‑to‑end technical roadmap for a digital wallet platform, including areas such as advanced account models, secure key handling, interoperability, and integrations with third‑party applications.
* Drive the architecture, development, and operational excellence of core wallet infrastructure with a strong focus on security, performance, and usability.
* Partner with cross‑functional groups in Product, Design, and Security to translate product vision into robust, scalable technical solutions.
* Stay current with developments in decentralised finance, emerging protocol standards, and evolving blockchain ecosystems to ensure continuous innovation.
