ABOUT THE JOB
1. Build strong, long-term relationships with your customer portfolio
2. Become an expert in key ESG topics like LkSG, Resilience, EUDR & EUBR – and confidently explain how Prewave helps customers stay compliant
3. Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly
4. Manage the full sales cycle – from identifying upsell opportunities to closing deals
5. Qualify leads (BANT), negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
6. Contribute to hitting quarterly and yearly upsell targets
7. Share customer insights and sales updates with the team
8. Represent Prewave at industry events and expand your network
ABOUT YOU
1. 5+ years of experience selling software and/or services to Mid-Market accounts in manufacturing or automotive industries
2. Experience working with supply chain and procurement departments
3. Proven success with solution selling methodologies
4. Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
5. Professional, results-oriented attitude
6. Native in German, fluent in English (written and spoken)
7. Willingness to travel as required
8. Valid work permit for Austria
9. Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains
10. Experience in startups or scale-ups

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary with performance bonuses. The minimum gross monthly salary per Austrian collective agreement is EUR 3,843, but actual compensation will reflect your qualifications and may be higher.
