Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
* Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and general questions.
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
* Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Record and manage customer interactions, feedback, and issues using internal systems.
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
* Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
* Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first approach.
* Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software systems.
