Responsibilities
* Demand Sensing: Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts using various data sources as well as methods like statistical forecast to capture full business opportunities
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain Planning teams to align consensus forecast
* Sales & Operations Planning: Hand-off demand changes and address meaningful demand evolvements as input for monthly S&OP cycle and production planning
* Demand and Supply Balance: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure optimal stock availability to support customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory
* Revenue Optimization: Support gap closure activities to ensure revenue target is achieved with profitability
* Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly
* Reporting: Present regular reports on forecast development and risk & opportunity profile to senior management
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in demand planning
Qualifications
* Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Proven applied professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, or related role within the semiconductor industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Blue Yonder) and advanced Excel and Power BI skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with cultural awareness
* Business fluent in English. German is a plus but not a must
