The Role
This is a senior production role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands all areas of signage manufacturing and large format printing.
You will oversee daily production operations while remaining hands‑on with machinery, workflow management and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day production operations
* Operate and oversee large format printers
* Operate CNC routers and cutting equipment
* Prepare and check artwork files for print and production
* Graphic design and artwork adjustments as required
* Manage production scheduling and workflow priorities
* Ensure jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards
* Lead and coordinate production staff
* Maintain machinery and troubleshoot production issues
* Monitor materials, stock levels and production efficiencies
* Work closely with sales and account management teams
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in signage production management
* Strong experience operating large format printers
* Experience with CNC routers and cutting systems
* Graphic design skills with strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Strong understanding of print setup, colour management and production workflows
* Ability to read plans and production drawings
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Forklift licence highly regarded
