As a Controlling Specialist, you ensure that the management team has access to meaningful, accurate and up-to-date information on which to base their decisions. In this role, you ensure planning and forecasting reliability for the defined units and improve visibility of future risks and threats (project risks, resource bottlenecks, etc.). You prepare business‑relevant information in an accurate and clear manner.
What you’ll be handling:
Providing commercial support and oversight for international client projects throughout the project lifecycle, as well as preparing and refining project budgets and forecasts
Analysing variances and identifying and monitoring corrective actions
Assessing project risks and opportunities in close collaboration with project management
Providing support to designated subsidiaries on commercial matters
Contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements at group level
Participating in annual planning and quarterly forecasts at group and entity level
Further developing controlling tools, KPIs and standard reports
Ensuring consistent controlling standards and methods within the group, and contributing to the optimisation of processes and systems in international project controlling
What you’ll need:
A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting (particularly IFRS) or business informatics
Strong IT skills, particularly in the areas of reporting/business intelligence, SAP CO and AI
Excellent skills in English
Several years’ experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling or plant engineering
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, independent and solution‑oriented approach to work
Highly results‑ and figures‑oriented, with an understanding of operational contexts
Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce decisions when interacting with various stakeholders
Ability to work well in a team and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market conditions, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement for full‑time employment is
