Job Description
Independent setup and operation of our modern CNC lathes and manufacturing of precision parts in accordance with drawing specifications and inspection requirements
Machine setup based on technical drawings and independent execution of tooling and setup activities
Ongoing quality inspection of our products and documentation of all completed work
Ensuring compliance with all requirements related to occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management
Qualifications
Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally an apprenticeship certificate in machining technology
Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator in a metalworking company
Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong quality awareness, highly precise working style, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
Very good German language skills
Openness to flexible working time models
