Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) - Your Tasks
* Implement projects and investments focusing on decarbonization, modernization, and efficiency improvements of production lines, including designing and constructing new lines or plants.
* Support local operations (Operations Directors, Plant Managers) in continuous improvement of production performance, quality, scrap reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint through process analysis (e.g., energy audits, root cause analysis).
* Collaborate with the Head of Technology, Senior Process Engineers, and Procurement to select equipment and machinery for brick and roof tile production, including negotiating and preparing purchase contracts.
* Work with Senior Process Engineers to commission equipment and machinery post-modification or for new installations.
* Ensure project delivery within the agreed time, cost, and performance targets as outlined in project agreements.
* Maintain Health & Safety standards throughout all project phases.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Ceramics, or related fields.
* Over 5 years of project management experience in a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of production processes.
* Open to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Analytical mindset.
* Proficient in English; German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
* Effective communicator with strong persuasive skills, especially with suppliers.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 75% and work in an intercultural environment.
