The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process management, project controlling, and digital transformation, with strong leadership and analytical skills.What INNIO offers you:An innovative and international working environmentFlexible working time model (depending on position and role)Health We Care program – including company sports activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport – station in direct proximityTransportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the Alps with various outdoor sports and leisure possibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Lead and optimize process management, project controlling, and operational efficiency in the Power Plant Engineering DepartmentAct as process expert: develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and templates, driving digitalization and standardization initiativesManage and control projects, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and technical specificationsCoordinate and monitor engineering schedules, deliverables, and milestones, supporting technical reviews, design freeze meetings, and change managementSupport engineering teams in resolving technical issues, removing process bottlenecks, and providing training on best practices and process adherenceCollaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and other departments for seamless project execution, and prepare project documentation, status reports, and lessons learnedDevelop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and present project analysis, process maps, and optimization measuresYour Profile:Master's or similar degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years' experience in process management, project controlling, and operational developmentProven leadership in consulting, project management, and digital transformation, with expertise in operational controlling systems and engineering workflowsExperience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar), production data acquisition tools, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6)Project Management Certification and business project controlling expertise; proficiency in IT tools like Adonis and JIRAExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English (B2 level or higher)Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, passion for continuous improvement, and ability to manage multiple projects independentlyWillingness to travel up to 30%At INNIO, we offer an attractive compensation package that is above the collective agreement for the metal industry.
