Our department is responsible for the entire operational accounting and servicing of Erste Group Bank AG, including preparation of the annual financial statements, implementation of the internal control systems as well as compliance with the legal framework. We are active in several specialized areas (accounting, reporting as well as project management) and thus offer an attractive and diversified working environment.

Your Tasks
10. Performing bank-accounting activities independently, handling complex accounting tasks
11. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local Austrian accounting standards
12. Group-wide collaboration in international projects
13. Automation and further development of accounting tools with innovative digital technologies
14. Cooperation with internal departments as well as our branches in New York and Hong Kong
15. Contact person to Auditors
Your Background
16. Enthusiasm for accounting, analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
17. Committed, interested, proactive personality who is seeking creative solutions
18. Several years of working experience in accounting
19. Hands-on mentality, independent and responsible working style
20. Sound MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel, experience in SAP (FI module) advantageous
21. Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus
