YOUR JOB
Development of service and maintenance: You will develop the after-sales area for major HVAC projects and establish sustainable maintenance structures.
Maintenance and warranty: You organize maintenance work, monitor warranty services (GWL) and coordinate additional service offers.
Maintenance planning: You develop maintenance plans for HVAC systems and ensure compliance with regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Coordinating appointments: You coordinate maintenance appointments with customers and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Managing the service team: You are responsible for our service team, plan their assignments and ensure that they work efficiently.
Quotation preparation: You calculate and prepare quotations for maintenance and repair projects.
After-sales support: You will independently manage after-sales projects and ensure long-term customer loyalty.
YOUR SKILLS
Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, TU)
with a focus on HVAC/building services engineering or similar
Many years of relevant management and professional experience in planning,
coordination and execution of major projects in HVAC and building services engineering
Several years of experience in project management
Basic commercial knowledge
Customer-friendly, open and well-groomed appearance
Flexibility/willingness to travel and driving license B

SALARY
You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer an annual salary of € 80.850 gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
