My bosses would like to work less so we desperately need two really good creatives.
Think IKEA shelf unit: two people, one manual, one Allen key, too many screws… and somehow, you build something that actually stands – out. And if it looks better than expected, with a great story behind it, that’s the kind of creative partnership we’re after.
(But you should be a team, or we’ll swipe right on you.)
So ideally, come as a pair – my bosses don’t have time to play matchmaker.
ACTUALLY, WE DO. SO COME AS YOU ARE. (CD)
In this role you will
* Come up with Campaigns.
* Win Pitches.
* Create Brands.
* Turn strategy into design.
* Mentor (…me. Since I – the author of this job ad – am the junior). AND A FEW OTHER PEOPLE TOO. CD
* Work closely with other departments.
* Idk *help* what do they actually dooo? THEY SHOULD CREATE GREAT CAMPAIGNS AND SELL THEM TO THE CLIENTS SO I DONT HAVE TO. CD
We are looking for…
* Around 5 years in branding/advertising/design with launched, multi-channel work.
* Award-winning work with recognised honours (e.g. CCA, ADC, Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Deutscher Flughafen Award, whatever).
* Copywriter: native-level German; comfortable collaborating in English.
* Art Director: confident in typography, composition, and system thinking; fluent in Adobe CC and Figma.
