As a Business Process Manager Finance & Controlling (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global finance and controlling processes in close collaboration with the specialist department, IT and management worldwide.
Job Description
* Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global finance, controlling, and reporting processes
* Early identification of trends and innovations in the area of finance and controlling, along with proactive process design
* Content definition and support of digitalization projects in collaboration with the relevant departments
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
* Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
* Support in the development of global policies and standards
Qualifications
* Completed degree in business or economics with a focus on controlling, accounting, or reporting
* Relevant professional experience in an international finance and controlling environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and a strong team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
