Your Responsibilities
* Full strategic and operational leadership of the HANRO business
* Development and execution of the global brand and sales strategy
* Lead and inspire a highly skilled, multicultural team
* Oversee and optimize all key business functions (Production, Finance, Sales, Marketing)
* Ensure product and service excellence across the entire value chain
* Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with the Group Board on strategic direction and long-term positioning
* Represent the HANRO brand both internally and externally with authenticity and confidence
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management or related field
* Proven leadership experience within an international premium brand, ideally in textiles or consumer goods
* Strong track record in brand development and business expansion
* Strategic thinker with a refined understanding of brand, aesthetics and market dynamics
* Exceptional communication, leadership and intercultural skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with decisiveness and accountability
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
