How You’ll Make Your Mark
As a HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation, you will manage and monitor the HR transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology, governance guidelines, and timelines
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and project success
In your role, you will analyze processes and related volumes in detail to support informed strategic decisions
You will establish, analyze, and monitor quality standards and performance metrics to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value
You will identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation
You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and regularly update various stakeholders on project progress and status
You will contribute to the development and expansion of a service portfolio
Additionally, your tasks include supporting and facilitating the transitioning of HR processes as part of a strategic realignment
Your Profile
Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally with initial leadership experience in a subproject or workstream
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail within a process-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to operate effectively in an international environment, including with senior management
Experience in business consulting is advantageous
Familiarity with HR processes or structures is desirable
Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)

Remuneration Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
