Reservation management with a focus on full occupancy
As Reservation Manager, you are responsible for the entire reservation inventory of Hotel Unterschwarzachhof and the Schmiedalm in the upscale hospitality segment. Your clear objective: maximise occupancy, ensure clean booking structures, and maintain a high-quality guest mix. You work closely with front office, events, service, and especially with the marketing team and external partners to proactively close booking gaps.
What you bring with you
* Several years of experience in reservation management or front/back office within upscale hospitality.
* Strong understanding of occupancy management, pricing logic, and demand behaviour.
* Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
* Enjoy working cross-functionally, especially with marketing teams and external partners.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident use of MS Office, hotel systems, and booking platforms.
* Very good German skills and good English skills.
* High level of responsibility, accuracy, and discretion.

Your tasks
* Take full responsibility for the reservation inventory, with a clear focus on achieving full occupancy.
* Manage booking flow and occupancy for the hotel and luxury chalet Schmiedalm, including category sales and length-of-stay optimisation.
* Identify booking gaps at an early stage and initiate targeted actions together with marketing and external partners.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and distribution partners, implementing short‑term campaigns to boost demand.
* Coordinate à la carte table reservations, working closely with service and kitchen teams.
* Align continuously with front office, event, and service departments, ensuring smooth coordination of bookings and capacities.
* Ensure accurate booking data and pricing structures, maintaining transparency and reliability.
