Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Design, steer and accelerate transformation and scaling initiatives iteratively, transparently and impact-oriented * Coach and empower R&D teams, product owners and managers, introducing OKR, Scrum, Kanban and design thinking * Advise management and leadership on agile strategy, operating model and culture, driving organizational and cultural issues forward * Orchestrate workshops, retrospectives and training course s for cross-functional alignment, innovation and team growth * Build bridges between strategic direction and operational implementation, ensuring concrete, measurable business and cultural results * Strengthening self-organization, empowerment, transparency and a learning culture, driving cultural and mindset change towards agility, openness and continuous learning * Take responsibility for transformation projects, developing them further with stakeholders Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Proven experience in implementing agile transformations and, ideally, in scaling initiatives in complex corporate environments * At least 5 years of experience in agile roles * Broad methodological spectrum: S crum, Kanban, Design Thinking, OKR and scaling frameworks - used in a targeted manner and in line with maturity levels * Sound collaboration with management and leadership teams, ideally with experience in organizational design/operating models * Background in large companies or hardware-oriented R&D environments is a strong plus * Deep u nderstanding of agile values and systemic change; you work with a mindset-first approach * Reflective, cooperative style, coupled with a pragmatic, practice-oriented attitude and strong implementation skills * Excellent communication skills in German and English - confident at all hierarchical levels * Willingness to travel up to 30% We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
