The amount of € 45.000,00 listed for this position is considered the gross annual salary according to the collective agreement. Of course, we offer overpayment in line with the market depending on qualifications and experience.

What we expect
1. Coordination of the complete bidding process from offer preparation to signing of the contract within the framework of the international bidding process in public and commerce sector
2. Scouting of new bidding possibilities (in agreement with the sales team)
3. Planning, organizing, managing and monitoring the bidding process
4. Developing of concepts
5. Stakeholder Management
6. Risk assessment and adjustment as part of the bidding process
What you should bring
1. College degree in the field of business administration or similar (equal training is also welcome)
2. Experience with bidding processes and project management
3. Knowledge of legal procedures/dealings with legal documents
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication in German and English
5. Willingness to continuing education/learning
