In the course of a forward-looking major project, we are supporting our internationally renowned client in establishing a state-of-the-art data center in Upper Austria.
With your electrical expertise and solid skills in the field of electrical engineering – especially maintenance talent for service, troubleshooting, and seamless operations of technical systems – you make a significant contribution to creating a high-performance, sustainable infrastructure that meets the highest technological standards.
Responsibilities:
* Participation in commissioning, system integration, and functional testing of newly installed electrical systems within the existing infrastructure
* Proper execution of inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems
* Technical support in reading circuit diagrams, technical drawings, and operating instructions, as well as during site visits and condition assessments
* Monitoring and ensuring operational readiness of the entire infrastructure
* Performing maintenance in case of deviations or failures in the power supply and energy distribution systems (MSR and BMS systems)
* Close collaboration within a family-like team of facility managers and technicians with the "let’s get this done!" spirit
Qualifications:
* Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field (technical college, university of applied sciences, or apprenticeship)
* At least 5 years of proven professional experience in maintaining electrical distribution systems, or in a construction/technical environment with a focus on electrical engineering
* Experience in building management of facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or large-scale operations like power plants
* Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. HVAC or electronics failures – sometimes it’s just a light bulb replacement)
* Knowledge of measurement technologies (measurement instruments, sensors, and/or troubleshooting during calibrations)
* Confident appearance and strong communication skills with partners and suppliers
* Good English skills for everyday communication; German skills are an advantage
* Willingness to work in shifts and be available for on-call emergency duty

Salary Range:
Minimum salary EUR 4,500 gross per month (full-time, depending on qualifications and experience)
