Our team provides global IT solutions along the support and management processes of ALPLA. From requirements analysis to implementation, we take care of our customers in the areas of finance, purchasing, HR, legal, strategy and sustainability.
For those exciting challenges we need you as a Solution Architect who takes over responsibility for designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements for our Support and Management processes. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Architect, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, and Operator to ensure that the technical aspects of the solution align with the business requirements and project objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design robust, scalable, secure and cost-effective solution architectures that meet business goals and align with IT strategy
2. Collaborate with solution experts and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and support them by translation into technical specifications
3. Work with the Project Manager and several business departments to align the solution design with project scope, schedule, and resources
4. Review and approve proposed changes to the solution architecture, ensuring they align with business requirements and strategic objectives
5. Collaborate with the Operator to ensure that the solution can be effectively transitioned into operation and maintenance
6. Create and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications, ensuring its accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders
7. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions

11. Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
12. Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
13. Proficient in English and Basics knowledge in German.
