For this position we are searching for a team member to support the aviation engineering team:
Modelling of aircraft systems, based on:
* Aircraft manuals
* Flight Tests
* Scientific Research
Integration and acceptance tests of simulated aircraft systems:
* Integration with Cockpit Hardware
* Integration with OEM Avionic Systems (ARINC, AFDX, Discretes)
* Integration with proprietary software modules
Internal and Customer acceptance:
* ATM creation and execution
* In plant acceptance testing
* Onsite acceptance testing
Your profile
* Deep understanding of aircraft and relevant systems
* Deep understanding of the operation and qualification of a full flight simulator
* Matlab / Simulink
* High interest in cockpit systems and aircraft operation
* Experience in scripting languages (python, shell)
* Experience in simulation of control systems
* Independent working style and solution oriented
* Team player and open to new solutions
* Willingness to travel
* Work with web based tools to track requirements / test progress (nice to have)
* Coding skills (C/C++) (nice to have)

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 2.727,40 according to the collective agreement (metal industry). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer you a market-based salary.
