YOU
* play a key role in ensuring process expertise at our subsidiaries in the regions, facilitating knowledge exchange, optimisation, and controlling processes
* serve as the first contact for (key) users in one region for distribution-related processes (i.e. sales order management, transport/shipping, returns management) and act as a liaison between subsidiaries, supply-chain management (SCM) and IT
* conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify improvement opportunities, address gaps and knowledge deficiencies and provide support and training to regional subsidiaries
* initiate, lead and actively work on projects/work packages/measures to continuously improve and implement our processes and ensure their seamless integration into operations
* engage in interdisciplinary process topics and requirements for the globally active Blum Group and support software rollouts in the role of a process expert
* create and maintain meaningful documentation and process models and ensure that your colleagues know and use them
