TD SYNNEX is a global technology distributor and a Fortune 500 company. We need a Business Development Manager to grow our Global Computing Components business in Austria.

Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
Responsibilities
* Business development in Austria.
* Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies.
* Build, maintain and grow customer relationships.
* Acquisition of new business partners and reinvigoration of existing contacts.
* Customer visits and event organization.
* Customer and potential analysis to identify new market opportunities.
* Joint responsibility for business planning of assigned manufacturers.
* Monitor quality and quantitative manufacturers' requirements.
* Regular alignment with manufacturers and close collaboration with the European GCC team.
* Market and competitive analysis (market shares, pricing, customer potential).
* Proactive internal and external information management.
* Develop new partner segments and channel strategies.
* Close coordination with inside sales and marketing.
* Create presentations, reports, and forecasts.
Requirements
* Completed commercial training or degree.
* Good knowledge of IT products and markets, ideally PC Components and Storage.
* Experience with SAP systems is desirable.
* Track record in business development or a comparable role.
* Sales experience with focus on acquisition and customer care.
* Knowledge of distribution and the IT industry, especially PC Components and Storage, is an advantage.
* Strong selling skills, high initiative, entrepreneurial thinking.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Negotiation‑ready demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Team player with quick and careful working style.
* High self‑motivation and willingness to travel (~20%).
* Fluent German in speaking and writing.
* Good English for international collaboration.

Compensation
