Our goal is to reinvent flying and make individual air mobility as normal as driving a car, opening the sky for everyone.The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving the company’s business development, sales, and product marketing activities. The CCO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s short- and long-term commercial success and ensuring sustainable growth as a Tier 1 supplier in the emerging market of electric propulsion systems.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Develop new markets and establish business casesIdentify and establish strategic partnershipsMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunitiesDevelop and execute offer and sales strategies tailored to different customer segments within aviation or related industriesEstablish and foster customer relationshipsEstablish and run a worldwide sales networkProduct Marketing & Brand Strategy:Oversee marketing initiativesDevelop go-to-market strategies for products and servicesLeadership:Work closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the company’s commercial and development strategyProvide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance and development cultureRepresent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking eventsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field15+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the aviation sector, preferably with automotive industry experienceExperience in eVTOL and start-up organizations is advantageousProven track record of driving commercial success in leadership rolesStrong industry network and experience with large and mid-sized organizationsExcellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departmentsIf you are a visionary commercial leader passionate about aviation and business growth, we invite you to apply and take our company to new heights!Exciting and challenging development work on revolutionary technology within a young, dynamic teamShort decision-making processes and varied tasksAn international teamMarket-oriented and performance-based remuneration
