Responsibilities
* Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Performance-Tuning (Heap, GC, Threads, Pools)
* Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of WebSphere Liberty
* Interface between Java development and infrastructure teams (e.g., DB2 z/OS, network)
* Automation of deployments and operational processes
* Technical deployment and administration of applications (including support handover)
* Implementation and configuration of new software components
* Design and development of a secure and stable infrastructure
* Implementation of security lifecycle topics: role management, certificates, SSL
Profile
* Deep knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS), ideally Liberty
* Experience with high availability (24/7) environments and app servers
* Solid knowledge of Linux/UNIX environment
* LDAP knowledge and understanding of directory services
* Experience with middleware processes and tools
* Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
