Your mission:
* Develop, implement, and execute effective sourcing strategies for Spare and Wear Parts (SWP), with a focus on sustainability and competitiveness.
* Manage and negotiate agreements for the SWP within the Mondi Group.
* Ensure a contractual framework that guarantees cost-efficient and reliable supply of goods/services.
* Facilitate effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
* Meet stakeholder needs regarding TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), quality, service, innovation, and risk mitigation.
* Enhance Market Intelligence and manage budget initiatives.
Your profile:
* 3-5 years of experience in the pulp & paper industry or similar fields is advantageous.
* Economics or technical education (University Degree or equivalent, e.g., HTL) is required.
* Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills; German or other local languages are a plus.
* Hands-on mentality, self-driven, motivated personality.
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills; open-minded personality.
* Ability to work across cultures and discuss technical requirements with mills.
* Willingness to travel worldwide (~30%).
* Proficient in computer/IT skills.
* Collaborative team player with good task prioritization skills.
