YOUR JOB
As allround employee, you are really an all-rounder: you work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar and general service, and filling in for those services is not a problem for you.
The reception desk/ bar area will be your primary field of responsibility – this means:
10. You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer
11. To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions
12. At the bar your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktails
During restaurant-shifts, you are responsible for:
13. The timely preparation of breakfast-, lunch- or dinner-buffet
14. Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept
YOUR PROFILE
15. You want to work „geringfügig“ (earning you a monthly EUR 551,10 net per month) at a max. of 10 hours per week
16. You like to be a host – and can show that every time of day and night
17. You show an independent way of working; high commitment and teamwork
18. You know your city well and know how to give our guests cool tips
19. Your German and English skills are at B2 level
