More than four years before the market launch of a new vehicle project, activities in Project Purchasing and the associated project management begin. By involving these departments early on in the product development process, you will actively participate in shaping our products of tomorrow. What to expect?
* Project management (status reports/presentations, project schedules and cost documentation, preparation of committees and management decisions)
* Collaboration in cross-departmental development teams
* Supplier management (inquiries, bid comparisons and discussions, negotiations)
* Change management in vehicle projects
