* Build relationships with renewable and grid-scale storage developers in your region
* Take full responsibility for the entire B2B sales cycle
* Manage opportunities, your pipeline, and close deals
* Work with your colleagues to provide value at every stage of a client's project
* Share our vision at every touchpoint - calls/events/initiatives
* Ultimately, win and retain satisfied customers
How you fit into the team
You want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
* Bring +5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
* Have an understanding of the power industry and the role that flexibility plays in the energy transition
* Bring perfect oral and written communication in Polish and English
* Have competence in complex and solution-oriented sales methods
* Are enthusiastic when articulating technical and business value
* Enjoy developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan
* Are eager to leverage marketing automation strategies
* Like to travel and to drive the sales cycle even on business trips
* Value excellent team spirit and creative freedom
