What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Take responsibility for technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
* Define technical specifications based on project requirements, internal and international standards
* Plan technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
* Create CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, machinery and upstream/downstream equipment
* Tendering and supplier selection for infrastructure and construction works
* Execution of the installation and change according to ALPLA's project management guideline
* Ensure infrastructure acceptance within the Region CEE
* Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts
What makes you great
* First work experience in mechanical engineering or a similar industry
* Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment
* Experience in installation management
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Europe
* Drives results with a hands‑on mindset, makes pragmatic decisions and remains focused on achieving objectives.
* Works effectively across teams, builds trust, communicates clearly and values different perspectives.
